ILLUMINATED ROOM AND BUILDING SIGNAGE

PRETENDE^® Illuminated Orientation System
Order that is visible instantly.

These are not just "prettier signs." This is an orientation system for places where the user must understand the space immediately — especially after stepping out of an elevator, entering a hallway, or navigating an underground parking lot. We design the PRETENDE^® system as a coherent logic of legibility for low-light environments. After the first scan, the user should know exactly where they are and where to go — without questions, without mistakes, and without wandering.

Readability at first scan
- LIGHT THAT CONVEYS INFORMATION, NOT JUST "ATMOSPHERE"

We design illuminated LED numbering and pictograms to perform in real-world conditions: in twilight, shadows, and artificial light.
  – Legibility from the correct design distance
  – Proper information rhythm and visual contrast
  – Signs do not disappear against the background of wall claddings and architecture

The final result: the user doesn’t search for the number with their eyes. The user simply sees it and moves toward the destination.
Reducing friction in the facility
- FEWER QUESTIONS AT RECEPTION, MORE ORDER IN THE SPACE

Disorientation has a cost: guest frustration and staff burden. Well-designed signage organizes movement:
  – A hotel guest finds the right room effortlessly
  – An office building user instantly locates the floor and zone
  – An underground parking lot stops being a place of tension and wandering

This is not just a "better impression." This is a real reduction of communication chaos in your facility.
PRETENDE durability standard
- STAINLESS STEEL, ACRYLIC, AND SYSTEM DURABILITY

Form is a tool for legibility, not an ornament. We select materials so that the sign survives years of intensive use:
  – Resistance to daily use and cleaning
  – Consistency with architecture and brand visual identity
  – No need for repairs after a single season of operation

This is the difference between a decoration and a system element that is simply meant to work.
